To Reach Lakeland: Lakeland is located south of Route 13 East in Carbondale, Illinois. Turn south a the intersection of Route 13 East and Giant City Road . This intersection is just East of the University Mall. Travel South 1.1 mile and the campus of Lakeland Baptist Church is located on the left side of Giant City Road. Lakeland can also be reached by traveling East on Grand Avenue to Giant City Road. Turn North at this intersection and you will find the campus of Lakeland is located immediately to the East.
Carbondale is located in the southern part of Illinois, 100 miles East of St. Louis, Missouri, and just a few miles from the Shawnee National Forest. Located in Jackson County, Carbondale is home to the Southern Illinois University and
located just a few miles from the campus of John A. Logan College.
