•You can download iTunes for your computer at www.apple.com/itunes/  

•Once installation is complete, open the iTunes Store found in the left-hand     panel

•In the iTunes Store, click in the Search box in the top right corner and     search for "Lakeland Baptist Church"

•Click on "Subscribe" next to Lakeland's podcast

•Select the message you want to hear, click on "Get" and downloading     should begin

•Once this is complete, you can listen to the message from your     computer, or on your iPod.
